In a recent poll conducted by the Power Poll, a majority of respondents disagreed with Alabama State Treasurer Young Boozer's denial of the college's loan request through the Alabama Distressed Institutions of Higher Education Revolving Loan Program.
Despite a dismissed lawsuit against Boozer, 76% of respondents support legislative efforts to amend the funding act.
